Throwback to July 2023 when I visited Melts in Notting Hill, London for a three hour chocolate master class. 🍫 Chocolates I made on the experience were… Milk chocolate truffles decorated with either freeze dried raspberries, crispearls, salt or feuilletine. Praline truffles enrobed in dark chocolate, decorated with a milk chocolate drizzle and inclusions for decoration. Dark chocolate bars one decorated using crispearls and sprinkles, the other with freeze dried raspberries and rose petals. #throwback #melt #chocolateexperience #glenichocolatier #glenibakes #gleni
