Account - We collect your personal data as a part of our user account which will include your name, your username and email address. We will continue to apply with GDPR. 

All details held about you are visible in your ‘Profile’ page and can be edited ‘Edit Profile’.

IP address - We collect IP addresses as part of our online security measures. This helps to protect your account and data.

Address - We collect street addresses for allowing us to to take payments and deliver your packages. 

When visitors leave comments and replies, reaction, and favourites on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, Including your name and email address.

Data collected via our contact forms is stored in a secure database of the Gleni website and also emailed to the main contact@glenibakes.com email address.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Commenting uses session cookies to be logged in. In order to process and deliver your payment, your street address will be stored securely and linked to your user account. You may view these details on your orders page at any time by logging into the website.

Offers & discounts are at the discretion of Gleni and must be used in accordance with the stated terms and conditions.

Analytics data may be shared with third parties such as search engines. Where users have set their browser preferences to allow targeted advertising, personal data including location and usage may be shared for the purposes of advertising. If you do not want this information shared, please set your browser preferences to decline this.

If you leave a comment on the website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. However moderators regularly check comments left on the site.

When you register on our website, we also store your personal information that you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their user information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Users may only access logged in services after their email address has been verified.

Users may delete their account online with the option to recover the account themselves within 24 hours of deletion. You can email contact@glenibakes.com within 30 days to recover your account. After this time, all data will be deleted.

All order details are held live or archived for 7 years for accounting purposes. This excludes payment card details.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file by emailing contact@glenibakes.com. This will include the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

When a user chooses to remove data, Gleni will no longer be able to provide a copy or restore user account.

Your contact information, and any other data that makes you identifiable is not shared with any third parties without your consent, unless we are obliged to do so for legal or security purposes.

All account details saved on the system are held as encrypted data. Whilst you see your account data, only site administrators have full access to full site data.

All data on the site is regularly backed up and continuity procedures are in place to ensure minimum disruption to service should a website error occur.

Gleni is used as a name for a sole trader. We have data protection procedures in place for our website. This includes clear procedures of how to report any breach of data protection.
