All recipes are based on bakes created by Gleni. However, we can take no responsibility when attempted at home.

Account - We collect your personal data as a part of our user account which will include your name, your username and email address. We will continue to comply with GDPR. 

All details held about you are visible in your ‘Profile’ page and can be edited ‘Edit Profile’.

Address - We collect street addresses for allowing us to take payments and deliver your packages. We do not collect postal addresses other than for deliveries.

 

When visitors leave comments and replies, reaction, and favourites on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, Including your name and email address.

 

Data collected via our contact forms is stored in a secure database of the Gleni website and available for admins only.

Offers & discounts are at the discretion of Gleni and must be used in accordance with the stated terms and conditions.

Where users have set their browser preferences to allow targeted advertising, personal data including location and usage may be shared for the purposes of advertising. If you leave a comment and or reaction on the website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. However, moderators regularly check user interaction left on the site.

Gleni is used as a name for a sole trader. We have data protection procedures in place for our website. This includes clear procedures of how to report any breach of data protection and registration with ICO.
