All orders must be paid in advance at time of the booking. All customers are required to provide adequate detail to allow the order to be processed.

For example a personalised spelling must be given correctly.

For our payments on our website, we use Stripe to process card details. Where a refund is given, this will be processed through the stripe system. Please allow for 3-7 working days for your refund to be processed.

Offers & discounts are at the discretion of Gleni and must be used in accordance with the stated terms and conditions.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it subject to it having begun processing please email contact@glenibakes.com.

Allergens & Ingredients are accessible via each individual product under the “Ingredients” pull down menu and displayed with each individual product. Before purchasing make sure they are suitable as returns will not be accepted.

As products are perishable and for reasons of hygiene we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

We take every care to ensure your product(s) reaches you in its best condition. In cases of extreme heat we may delay delivery. If you still wish to receive your delivery in extreme heat we are unable to guarantee responsibility for how your product(s) turn up.

If your product(s) is damaged please email contact@glenibakes.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with photo(s) evidence. We unfortunately won’t be able to rectify the issue without the pictures.
