Throwback to July 2023. Looking back at when I got the chocolate dog mould and how I have improved my chocolate skills with this mould. First time using this mould, I think it came out pretty good. 🐶❤️ 11/07/23 May have just made an eBay purchase of 3 of these chocolate moulds at a bargain price. Throwback to July 2023 when I visited Melts in Notting Hill, London for a three hour chocolate master class. 🍫 Chocolates I made on the experience were… Milk chocolate truffles decorated with either freeze dried raspberries, crispearls, salt or feuilletine. Praline truffles enrobed in dark chocolate, decorated with a milk chocolate drizzle and inclusions for decoration. Dark chocolate bars one decorated using crispearls and sprinkles, the other with freeze dried raspberries and rose petals. #throwback #melt #chocolateexperience #glenichocolatier #glenibakes #gleni

Throwback to July 2023 when I visited Hotel Chocolat (Crawley store, West Sussex) for their very first “Find Your Chocolate Love Match” Live. ❤️ The experience lasted 15 minutes where you tried a few chocolates from a selection to find your chocolate match. Using their guide, my perfect match is “Milk to Caramel”, which I can say is pretty spot on. 🍫👍🏼 What’s yours using their guide?
