On Flashback Friday, we’re looking at some of our old baking photos. These were made before I started the website, but I thought I’d share them with you. The Happy Birthday Mum cake was a vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream. Decorated with chocolates which were pre-bought, it showed me what could be done with a bit of imagination. The chocolate fudge cake was just an overindulgent chocolatey delight. The vanilla cupcakes were some of the first I made, decorated with chocolate curls and the chocolate coins given to me by my Grandad. The chocolate cake was decorated with Maltesers and chocolate fingers. I made this cake for my PA’s birthday some time ago!
