World Tea Day is this Thursday 21st. For the connoisseurs of tea, we have two questions to test your knowledge: Firstly, what is matcha? And secondly why have we put it in chocolate? And the answers are: Matcha is made from green tea leaves that are shaded from the sun before they are picked. We put it in chocolate because the matcha leaves are ground and used as an ingredient rather than a flavour.
