Happy New Year 2024! As always, I want to begin the new year by saying a huge thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey, particularly my family, friends, Clare, Rhys from RhysEvans.Dev, Richard and Sophie from Charlene’s Chocolate Factory and most importantly you!
This year I intend to focus further on chocolate skills instead of baking (still baking on occasions), alongside working 2 days a week and prioritising the last year of my BCS Level 3 Certificate in IT User Skills (ICDL Advanced). Once this finishes in July, I will gain more time to focus on Gleni to make a success of it! I will also be attending another two day Chocolate Academy course later this year which I am looking forward to. Watch this space for a blog.
