Mini three tier vanilla sponge cake with smooth chocolate buttercream on each layer and piped around the edge. Green sprinkles act as grass for Malteser bunnies, interspersed with Galaxy enchanted eggs and finished off with edible gold leaf. I participated in the BBC Good Food Spring Bake Showdown 2020.
