Gleni Update 01/24

Callum from Gleni here to give you a Gleni Update 01/24.

Branding
You may have noticed that GleniBakes has been rebranded as Gleni which is now the parent company of GleniBakes & GleniChocolatier.

Packaging - At the moment, products are packaged without branding so we are currently working towards making our packaging both eco-conscious and creating a strong recognisable brand.

Logos - Do you like our new Gleni logo? We’re currently working on a new GleniChocolatier logo and next in the queue is GleniBakes.

Social Media - We are also making changes to how we use our social media. All posts via Instagram are now posted through @gleni.co.uk. The relevant @glenibakes and @glenichocolatier accounts will add automatically as collaborators. If you want to just see baking, go direct to @glenibakes or for just chocolate content go to @glenichocolatier.

Our TikTok name has been updated from glenibakes to gleni.co.uk while our Facebook name has been updated from glenibakes to gleni (gleni.co.uk). You can now also find us on Threads @gleni.co.uk where we will be posting more exclusive 'behind the scenes' and content that doesn’t always make it to website or other social media.

Website
Content - We have redesigned the Home, About, Contact and many more pages. We are working on platform improvements regularly to provide a better user experience. Go and check out all the new pages!

Site improvement - We have reworked the search function to enable live search making it easier for you to find what you are looking for whether it's in the shop or on a post. We have added a header banner to our site for announcements, updates, discounts and lots more. You can sign up to our newsletter at any time via our home page or footer. There will be lots more exciting website features coming later this year! 

Manage Account - You can manage your Gleni account at any time by clicking the profile icon and then Manage Account. We have improved our account management section to allow you to update your profile information (name, username, email address and password). You can use the browser sessions to help identify your logins and to log out of browser sessions. In keeping with our privacy policy, you can delete your account at any time.

Shop - We are excited to announce we now have an online shop where you can browse our selection of products e.g. chocolate bars and lots more. When browsing you can use the Sort By button and Filter options to find what you are looking for. We look forward to hearing your feedback, so it would be greatly appreciated if you could leave a review.
